But there could be more to this than meets the eye.
Taylor Swift has a long and lovely history of surprising devoted fans with gifts and concert tickets, and this album cycle has been no exception.
Just this week, she sent a bottle of champagne to the wedding of a couple who were using her song, “Love Story” for their first dance.
However, the latest person she’s surprised with concert tickets for her Reputation tour has left certain people wondering if there’s shade involved.
Because Taylor has sent tickets to Amber Rose’s son, Sebastian.
Amber shared two adorable videos of Sebastian opening up the gift from Taylor as he excitedly asked: “Taylor sent me this?!”
However, despite the cuteness, some people took the gesture as shade towards Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
And some of her fans were praising Taylor for the move.
In case you’ve been living somewhere other than planet earth for the past few years, you’ll know of the ongoing feud between Team West and Taylor Swift.
Things began after Kanye released a song called “Famous,” which included the lyric: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why?/I made that bitch famous.” Kanye claimed that Taylor had approved the lyric, but she stated that while she had heard the initial line, she did not hear or approve the reference to her as “that bitch.” She then referred to the incident in her Grammys acceptance speech, which led to Kim Kardashian claiming she had proof that Taylor had approved all of the lyrics. Kim then leaked part, but not all, of the audio from their phonecall on Snapchat and Taylor disappeared from the public eye for months.
Now, in case you’re wondering why Amber is relevant to all of this, she just so happens to be Kanye West’s ex.
Things ended bitterly between the pair and Kanye has a history of being less-than-complimentary about her. For example, Kanye once described moving on from Amber in these terms: “It's very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that's with Amber Rose – I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.”

Halfway through the argument, Kanye posted these two tweets referencing Wiz and Amber’s son, Sebastian, and the fact that Amber was once a stripper.
And Amber then weighed in with this spectacular clapback.
So it's fair to say that things have been strained between the Kardashians, Kanye and Amber, and people therefore thought that Taylor was “siding” with Amber with her gesture and shading Kimye in the process.
However, there could be more to this than first meets the eye.
Firstly and most importantly, Sebastian isn’t just some random celebrity’s kid. He’s actually a legit Taylor Swift fan.
Back when Taylor released “Look What You Made Me Do,” Amber shared a video of Sebastian singing along and knowing all the words. So perhaps the tickets were just yet another example of Taylor doing something kind for a fan like she has done in the past?!
Then there’s the fact that after Kanye’s monumental Twitter spat with Wiz and Amber, Kim Kardashian took control and made it clear that there was no beef between her and Kanye’s ex by sharing this selfie of them together.
And Amber went on to defend Kim after the backlash against her naked selfie and invited her to speak during her SlutWalk.
So if everyone is friends again, can this really be called shade?
Well, finally, and most importantly is the fact that a verse about Amber actually featured in the original version of “Famous” – the same track that dissed Taylor.
The original lyrics not only mentioned Taylor, but also this line about Amber: “I feel like Amber Rose still owe me sex/ Why?/ I made that bitch famous/ Not really, but somewhat famous.”
So perhaps the gift was a lesson in female solidarity. Either way, there’s probably no shade to see here.
